FeFe is a research recruitment platform connecting researchers studying health issues affecting women with a female reproductive system with participants. FeFe is currently operated as a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, and we will update this page if that changes. These terms apply to everyone with a FeFe account. Where a section says "researcher" or "participant" it applies only to that account type. You can contact us at marianatmatthews@gmail.com.

FeFe is not a healthcare service. Please read our medical disclaimer and our research disclaimer and standards before using the platform.

• You must be 18 or over and provide accurate information about yourself.
• One person, one account. Duplicate accounts are removed and balances withheld.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• Participants confirm their profile at sign up and re-confirm it at least every six months so researchers receive accurate eligibility data.

• Studies are hosted on the researcher's own survey tool. FeFe links participants to that study and collects a completion code. FeFe is not the data controller for the responses collected inside your study.
• Researchers are responsible for their own ethics approval, participant information, consent and lawful basis for the data collected inside the study.
• Studies must be lawful, must not deceive participants about payment, and must not collect identifying information beyond what participants were told.
• Rewards must meet the FeFe fair pay floor of £6 per hour based on the study length you state.

• Taking a place reserves it. Complete the study honestly, in your own words, and submit the completion code.
• Researchers may reject a submission where the completion code does not match, the study was not completed, the answers are low effort, or the answers appear to be written by an AI tool where the study did not allow it.
• Submissions left unreviewed are automatically approved and paid 21 days after they were submitted.
• Repeated rejections, or two confirmed AI written submissions, suspend an account from taking further studies.

• Researchers add credit by card. Credit funds participant rewards plus the FeFe platform fee of 66.7% for corporate organisations or 42.9% for academic and non-profit organisations, charged on top of the rewards.
• Launching a study reserves the full cost from your balance. Closing a study early refunds unfilled places and their share of the platform fee back to your FeFe balance.
• Participants receive 100% of the stated reward on approval, and can request a cash out by bank transfer or PayPal. Payouts go only to an account in the participant's own name.
• Credit is for use on the platform. Card top-ups that are reversed or disputed are deducted from your balance.

• No bots, scripts, automated agents, VPN masking of your location, or AI tools used to generate study answers where a study does not allow it.
• No sharing accounts, selling access, or misrepresenting your eligibility.
• We may suspend or close an account, withhold a disputed balance while we investigate, and remove studies that breach these terms.

FeFe provides the recruitment platform as described. We do not warrant that every submission will meet your research needs, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid FeFe in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If something goes wrong, our complaints and disputes page explains how to raise it and how quickly we respond.
