Acceptable use policy

• One account per person, with accurate details.
• No bots, scrapers, automated agents or scripted access to the platform.
• No harassment, discrimination or abusive messages.
• No attempt to identify, contact or track another user outside the platform.

• Describe your study honestly: real length, real reward, and the criteria you screened for.
• Do not collect names, contact details or other identifiers beyond what participants were told, and never reuse study data for marketing.
• Do not reject submissions to avoid paying. Reject only for a genuine quality reason and record it.
• No deceptive designs, no unpaid screening inside a paid study, and no medical advice presented as research.
• Hold your own ethics approval and consent process where your institution requires it.

• Answer honestly, including screening questions, and never fake eligibility.
• Give considered answers in your own words, and follow each study's AI assistance policy.
• Do not share study links, questions or completion codes with anyone.
• Do not use automation, multiple accounts or VPNs to hide where you are.

We investigate reports and platform signals such as speeding, code mismatches, rapid study reservations and researcher rejections. Depending on severity we warn, limit study access, suspend or close the account, remove studies, and withhold a disputed balance while we investigate. Report a problem to marianatmatthews@gmail.com.
